With the winter window expected to open for Dortmund on Monday January 1st, 2024 the rumors are already swirling even though there's still 98 days until it's expected to open, the rumors are already incoming, so here's an early breakdown for rumors

Youssoufa Moukoko to Real Madrid?
According to Sport BILD, Real Madrid have serious interest in signing Youssoufa Moukoko this winter
Dortmund and Real Madrid have a very good relationship together, Perez and Watzke both have massive respect for each others clubs and business between the two can always be likely
Moukoko currently has a very minor role under Edin Terzic, finding himself on the bench for the full 90 minutes twice now, against PSG in a 2-0 loss and in Dortmund's last match at the weekend (1-0 vs Wolfsburg) it's clear he is not a big part of Edin Terzic's plan or tactics
Dortmund would "not be averse" to selling Moukoko for a decent fee, but it doesn't seem like the €35m Madrid plan to bid would be enough for Kehl and Watzke to sell Moukoko
Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and Arsenal?
Per The Sun, Arsenal are looking into making an offer for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, there isn't much to be said about a transfer as it's fully a rumor now
It's said Dortmund would need a substantial fee for Bynoe-Gittens in order to sell, possibly more than €50m
Arsenal want to improve and are also in for Nico Williams, who Dortmund are also in for which is also in this article
From my understanding from rumors, the bid Arsenal is considering is €29m which doesn't seem like enough for Dortmund to accept, but Arteta likes the youngster
Dortmund interested in Nico Williams on a free
According to El Nacional information, Dortmund are among the many top European clubs interested in signing Nico Williams on a free
Williams currently has a €50m release clause which some teams, not Dortmund, have looked into activating, but with his contract expiring in the 2024 summer it seems teams would rather roll the dice on signing him then than paying €50m for him now
The competitors for Williams are Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Juventus, and Arsenal just to name a few
Arsenal seem like the favorites now but that can change quickly, he will listen to all offers proposed to him, if Dortmund can convince him, like any club, he would join them
Santiago Giminez being scouted by Dortmund
Per 90min information, Dortmund representatives were in Rotterdam to watch Santiago Giminez against Heerenveen
It was a 6-1 victory for Feyenoord in which Giminez scored once and got himself an assist, and Dortmund representatives were there to witness it live
Whether this has an indication on the futures of Youssoufa Moukoko and even Sebastian Haller/Niclas Fülkrug that's not yet obvious, but it's something to keep an eye on
Dortmund weren't the only club with representatives there as Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Benfica, Inter, Juventus, Napoli, and Milan also had representatives in attendance
