The clock is ticking on a possible move for Armel Bella-Kotchap

Patrick Berger reported Dortmund were in advanced talks with Armel Bella-Kotchap on August 12th following Dortmund's Pokal victory over Schott Mainz, however since then the deal has lost steam

It was reported afterwards that Dortmund was only willing to loan the player with a buy option of €20m, but that Southampton wanted €20m now

It seems the clock is ticking now as Florian Plettenberg reports Dortmund still haven't reached a total agreement over personal terms, and that Bayern are now interested and plotting a move internally

SkySports reported that Bella-Kotchap was hesitant about moving to Dortmund due to the competition at the centerback position as he looks to impress his way into Hansi Flick's EURO 2024 squad, yet that would be even riskier to move to Bayern, while they have the attention of Hansi Flick always so does Dortmund, Flick is often seen attending games at the Signal Iduna Park and the competition is even steeper at Bayern

What move Bella-Kotchap and Dortmund makes is unknown now, but with the window ending in 10 days they need to decide soon
